Bling out your copy of Veiled Fate with 18 gold foil demigod cards (to use in place of the standard cards included in the game).
First offered as bonus content in the Scales of Fate Deluxe Kickstarter Edition game.
The gold foil on these demigod cards catches the light way better than the plain ones, and they've got a nice weight in hand. Shuffling 18 of them alongside the base deck felt a little stiff the first few games, but they've broken in fine since.
Swapping these 18 demigod cards in for the standard ones makes the table look way nicer, and the foil doesn't rub off after a few shuffles like I worried it would. They fit the same sleeves too, so no weird sizing issues.
The gold foil on these catches the light beautifully during play, way nicer than the plain originals. All 18 fit the sleeves I already had, and the print quality is clean with no chipping after a dozen games.
